Re refilling gas bottle cost try Rays outdoor or Bcf they are both abou 2/3 rds that cost .Bottles must be in date .I use a camping & fishing store near me .These are refill your own bottle only outlets.

my daughter turnedup st home with her hire car that had been graffiteed with textra a simple wipe with a heads dampened rag and it was gone.
I also use heads as a sanitiser for my hydrometer and spoon.

A cheap method is to pretend your fermenter is a park person and wrap it in old newspaper. it works for me, just leave a space to read the thermometer.

I am getting organised for my next round australia trip .
I wish to take 5 litres of UJSM back set with me.I think I can keep its temp down to about 20 c, and wish to mash abrew every month or so,
Can any one tell me if it will stay viable.
I will be pleased to recieve any advice

Thanks for the ideas, Iam using a !000 watt element on a 1 1/2 '' in line still .
Will the diode be to small for that size? The heat sink & switch make good sense.
