Hey guys, Like probably many of us, my first pot was woefully inadequate (12 quart), so I upgraded today to this 24 quart baby, which I found at our local Sam's Club for about $55. If you like Lucid, hang on to your hat, you ain't seen nothing yet. There will be at least two coming out by summer from the State of Washington that will be even more true to the original Belle Epoque absinthe. Do you know by whom, and do you have any links for the distillers who are producing them?
I picked up a bottle of Lucid Absinthe last night from BevMo and had my first try, ever, of Absinthe. Really quite delicious stuff. My pond pump, which I got from HD, is about the size of my hand, delivers more than enough water to my bucket, runs essentially dead silent, and cost about $16, if I recall.rezaxis wrote:And if I recirculate then I have to run a pump and that makes noise.
