looks like light Orange chunks kinda like vomit three buckets all same amount split recipe three way its kinda like a foamy head that never left kept buckets at 70 degrees finished at .986 how do I check for infection

ten days but had to use three buckets this time usually only use two has same smell as the . ones before do you think I would be ok to rack it off run thur a cheese cloth and run

have been doing Rads version of birdwatchers but this time hydrometer shows its done but still has yeast I think still floating on top this has not happen tho me before what's up ? thanks for any reply

can you put 15 gallon of liquid in a 15.5 gallon keg will this be enough head space and on the rig I have now once my temp is regulated and im runing product when temp starts to rise I find my self wanting to reduce heat to reduce heat is that ok or should I just let it rise on its own thank

did rad`s version of birdswatcher sugar wash started at 1.090 eight days later ended at .988 this will be my first run from a tried and true recipe very happy with it going to run it Sunday thanks to all the people that put there time in to make this site possible.

my first run
started out with a sugar wash.that I was not sure on alcohol content . I had ten gal wash got rid of fire shot run six 8oz jars started out at 120 proof first two down to 105 on number six.temp was about 194 when run good never did get a full stream took hour to get up to temp total time five hours ...

sugar wash is.down to .998 and is done working keep in mind this was made with brown sugar yeast ,honey , and nutrients since numbers are good do I let it set for couple days or is ok to run thanks

thanks it would only need tho set to the week end then I could run.iv read the parent site a couple times now still not real sure how to checkwash with hydrometer I understad how to take the reading but dont under stand how it tells you its done thanks and sorry
