Hi Rad, This is the best receipt I ever used to make neutral. Did a run with 4 x 7.4 gallon +- 28l and 7 kg sugar.( sg 1096) Using all bran (kellogs) and corn flakes.(used amalyse) Used vitamines, calcium , and invert sugar with citric acide, and 20+20+20 fertilizer Then use baking yeast (bruggeman)...

Yesterday i find nice big green walnuts fresh from the tree.

Hi,
I did start a dio palinka with Odin's receipt, it sit in the jar from 22/6 smell realy good, can't wait to try it.
At this moment it have already the black color.

I try your recipe, tasted like I have to much orange skin inside, No worry, try 2e time with less skin, for me the juniperus where to dry, buyed in brew store ( europe ) maybe more juniper and destil tomorrow.

Just try out the easy gin after distillation , nice , but I put to much orange skin inside. Now redo without to much skin.

Hi all, After reading the last year a lot on this forum, I think it became time to sign in. I build first a small potstill +- 1.5 us gallons (6l) but this took to much time to distillate my fermentation bucket is 8 us gallons. Build a 2e potstill also 8 gallons. Make wiskey,vodka,rum and now gin. Ri...
