Really appreciate the reply. With the distillation process I was thinking what you suggested but wasn't sure. I'll just make sure all is well rinsed and clean. Thanks for the heads up. Definitely going to try a few of the recipes on here. I will have a better idea of what I might like to do going forward after I have tried a few runs and can sort out some of the practicalities of getting it all setup and working.
