definitely add more scrubbers. pure SS or pure Copper. it should add abv. be careful, some of the copper ones are just copper COATED. get the pure ones. the box should tell you if its copper coated or solid copper.

walmart always has something to use as a boiler. research SS pots with lid and using flour paste for the seal. seems to work for a lot of people.

or cruise arounf the back side of resturants/pubs at about 8 or nine when they are busy... :ewink:

+1 still_in. my 3 piece from the brewshop is much much quieter than the s shaped one. instead of a bong like bubble, like in the s shaped one, the 3 piece makes hardly any noise at all. i think a little extra water added to the lock helps the 3 piece suppress noise. or you can learn to just love the...
