too bad you have to spend that kind of money, but like duck said, youll make it up and forget all about it once you have a successful run.

best of luck, its a great ride.

maybe you could offer those camper dwellers some cinder blocks with jack stands in exchange for those kegs!

thats just crazy, of all things you find in a junkyard they could use to elevate their campers with, they choose kegs. :econfused:

bokakob run

Ran my 2" bok today on the 1/2 barrel keg. its powered by a banjo burner (highly reccomend the banjo). i have never known happiness like i do with my boka. i was initially concerned with the temp of the distillate, due to the water run, but i was surprised to find that when i ran the wash, the produ...

so on a run with wash, the steam i see will be ethanol steam, right? which if it is would be a dangerous situation? sorry to burden you with what may seem like elementary questions, but i always had cold distillate coming out of my worm and bucket, so the idea of hot steamy spirits spook me. i under...

Re: problem: bokakob water test

i ran my bok with water and vinegar today...same result as youse guys. lots of hot distillate and low output even with the valve wide open. very hot distillate, steam coming out and the whole nine.

glad to see that this is typical of the bokakob. cant wait to see the results with the wash.

New FREE source for fermentation vessels

I know im probably gonna get it from you guys...but i just gotta ask. so here goes: I acquired a 15 gallon container. its HDPE. Its free. My concern: It was a vessel used to hold concentrated RAIN-X.
