Great job (UNDERSTATEMENT) . Gives us all a mark to aim for . I don't think you would have much trouble findin someone that has a boat with that kind of work . WHOO HOO :D :D Only had to put 1 kid on a bus this morning . Had the rest of the day to play in my shop . Got the boiler flange tiged in place , 3/4" half coupler tiged in the bottom for a drain and brazed 2" 90 to the bung opening for a fill pipe . Tiged tri-clamp flange to the cap . Tweaked everyt...

Whether the control valve is on the input or output makes no difference as long as there won't be an air void within the circuit... I prefer a non-pressurized cooling circuit, by having the valve on the input side, but that's just me... That way I don't need to worry about clamps and leaks and can,...

I'm new here myself . My opinion is that if you don't care to take the time to do real research and build into this craft slowly and safely the best option is to just keep going down to the jar store for your 80proof .

Today was semi-successful . Got a good solder joint for 30" around a 44"circle . Remaining 14" ; not so much . I'll address that tomorrow .At this point I am probably spending a dollar to save a dime but ; it ought to work a n I am 'By God!'gonna make it work .

The day went well . Got the burner operational and used it to anneal the #4 solid copper . Still(no pun intended) makin progress . Burner arrived(Bayou Classic) sans screws or spring to fasten air regulator to the burner housing . Their customer service couldn't tell me what size screws to look for so I could get my wife to pick them up on her way home . Trip to lowes for 2 danged screws ...
