I am also going to try experimenting with tinned Creamed Corn as a nutrient for my sugar wash and see what sort of a shine that produces. If anyone on here has already tried a sugar wash with Creamed Corn as a nutrient (yes hell yeah I have searched for this specifically) then I would be interested...

Rad did test years ago and if remember right he got to 18% but was babysitting it along. Thinkin happy medium for it is 12ish%

Hell I ain’t even mowed my lawn yet this year. I’m owner operator of a custom butchershop. Without hetting into politics , the meditreports of meat shortages have me booked out 5-6 weeks and geting longer. But projects for me is keeping farmstead up and running

By the time it gets watered down from 40% to anything yeast tolerant there gonna be bugger all sugar in it. Id say just go 3-4parts water to 1 part soco n just run it. Bet wont be nuf sugar to foam

Yup thats half price or lil more. Round hear fat hogs usually go for $.60-.90/lb. I just baught three 320# for $.36/lb at auction. Local hog farm gets no less than $.60/lb. Seems to me that the people that buyin home raised livestock don’t mind paying pre scamdemic prices. Hogs @ $.60ish/lb and beef...

I run a lm/vm over plates. Lot less fiddly than cm was for me. My cooling water is 45-50 *f outta tap and well pump pressure swings make controlling a pita. Not so with lm/vm

If its a still that been used before but sitting idle, MY OPINION is do vinegar run then use early part of alcohol run as sacrificial run. Use your sences n brain to decide if clean.

My understanding is plates under packed. Plate helps feed packed section a little higher abv therefore packed runnin smoother.

Bullshit. Put pan of water on stove n get it boiling. Check temperature and turn knob lower or higher and check again. Long as boiling it be same temperature.
