to high as in the jacket part is going to be to long or I should decrease the incline.... I havent found yet a "standard" jacket length for colling purposes

I live in an environment where 4 months out of the year its 115 degF in the day and 100 at night....tap water doesnt get any colder then luke warm and I dont think that would be good for a liebig, so I was thinking a worm in a bucket of ice water or a liebig with a pump with ice water... but this go...

Slant plates?
How does one go about putting slant plates 1/2 way up a 2-3 inch diamter copper tube like in a Bokakob? I have not seen any designs on how people do this and my only guess would be to cut in half install two flanges to reconnect them and somehow attach them to the main tube... Can someone enlighten ...
