Just got back from our local brewing shop and I can't get the yeast I use the bloke says that they don't make it any more -Lalvin RC-212 and Lalvin EC1118, now all he has for winemaking is some Red Star stuff or all purpose yeast. Ive tried these yeasts before and didn't like the results
