Got this from a post over at Yahoo Distillers. Some very nice work to drool over.

That is awesome, it's absolutely incredible how far some people will go with their chosen hobbies.
It is most absurdly said, in popular language, of any man, that he is disguised in liquor; for, on the contrary, most men are disguised by sobriety. ~Thomas de Quincy, Confessions of an English Opium-Eater, 1856

All that work...for beer. I'll never understand since I don't like beer.

True we mash but we don't use the lauter tun. Well, I suppose if you want to boil out corn or potatoes...

Hehehe Pastor, yes, we all want your setup. Even the pure distillers here can appreciate the steam heated boilers!
As for me, I'm just tickled to get my hands on a nice keggle. Oh sure, I have a 15 gal aluminum pot that works just fine too, but now I can use the keggle as a boiler too
.
Still just stove-top for me, though. Might have to switch over to propane next year, though. My next apartment only has electric stovetops :p.
