all any one can do is to make a guess, mine whould be ,,, 80% corn/maze,,,, 10%rye,,,10 barley malt.
mash,,, ferment ,,,distill at or about 75% ,,place in new chard barrel for 7-8 years.

Yes makers uses wheat but I suspect that knob uses some to along with rye.
