Peach Cobbler, and/or a "Summer" moonshine

I have distilled a few batches of a sugar wash, and turned it into Apple Pie Moonshine, which I love. Something about a good "Moonshine" just brings people together. I am starting to like this hobby. Almost too much.

Anyway, I am quite seasonal. I would like to make a "Peach Cobbler" moonshine based on the traditional Apple Pie recipe (apple juice, apple cider, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon), but substitute store bought peach juice for the apple juice and cider. I would like to know if there is anything like this. It would be similar to the Cherry Cobbler recipe in the "Shared Recipes" section right now. Obviously I would need to experiment and I would likely not use as much cinnamon, but I still want the brown sugar and cinnamon to give it a "crust" taste.

Otherwise, if someone has advice for a good "Summer" moonshine, let me know. Right now I have peaches sittin in Shine like the good ol' boys used to do, but I am not the biggest fan. It tastes almost like peach flavored vodka. Isn't terrible, but I want to experiment.
