Googe,
Looks like folks make kale chips with airfryers, https://www.liveeatlearn.com/air-fryer-kale-chips/. I’ll give the air fryer a crack at dehydrating the kale (less the oil and salt). Can ‘t imagine losing nutrients in dehydrating but the heat may have an impact?

My wife is canning beets so I thought I would juice the stems and leaves, freeze the juice and pulp until my kale is ready to pick and then combine all of it in the kale wash recipe. Any thoughts as this will be my first kale neutral?

Sounds good kim, we do kale chips in the over, very yum for such a yuck plant lol. I've done beet washes bushman, its very good, i prefer it too kale some times, just a different type of end product. Not as clean but just as good yield.
Here's to alcohol, the cause of, and solution to, all life's problems.
