Ujssm proportions of sugar and fresh diced jalepenos. No corn.A low ester yeast like 1118 to let the jalepeno shine through. Yeast bomb. And add a few sliced peppers to the boiler. Maybe add a 2lb tub of Quaker old fashioned oat meal for nutrients and mouthfeel. Crushed oyster shell. That should get you pretty close.
You could also try a jalepeno "geist"....

A member more knowledgable on geist than me thinks there would be no heat carried over only scent. For heat you may have to macerate a pepper in it similar to the "thai terror" thread.

Make an essence by steeping a lot of jalapenos in some clean <40% neutral for a couple of days, then putting the jalapenos in the gin basket for the run. Run fast, you want smearing.
Use just enough essence to flavor the ten gallons.

Thought so :) Speaking as someone who works in the entertainment industry, those reality shows really aren't so real.
As NZCris posted putting the peppers in a gin basket is the better way to go. I recently made a habanero vodka using that same method that turned out great.I just can't see any reason to add the peppers into the ferment.

I did a jalapeno shine adding the peppers into the ferment and then also incorporated them into a basket as well. Came out great! Plenty of flavor and punch to it.
