Banana mango wash

So I started a wash had some bananas past where we like to eat them 6 of them a pack of frozen mango and brown sugar it smells amazing. I hope it turns out amazing.

OMG that does sound good! I have three gals of 100pr rum setting,(4mo now), with the little short bananas+4 sliced mangos. The mango slices finally sunk to the bottom. Really hoping this concoction takes on some flavor. If not, those slices should be flavorful. I wonder if a person were to forego some alcohol production and run the mash a little early in order to have sweeter and more flavor in the mash. Does anyone do anything like this, or is it always a better practice to let it run the full course?
