My ferment is ready to go been 5 days and its under .99 ..My question is that i have gotten called to go out of town for 5 daysfor work and can not run it ..what should I do??

Run it when you get back from work. Mash will last a long time if sealed up in fermenter.
If you can drink a bottle of whisky and a case of beer a day you have a problem....
It cost too much to get drunk!!

thanks fastill...sure am looking forward to my first run..would get called out of town though that sucks
