a few questions that i cant seam to find on here ..can i rerun the same wash if i have to turn it off early and would i have to take heads out again

If you were to restart your rig after stopping it, there would be a very brief moment at first when heads components were slightly elevated because of extra passive reflux in the re-warm-up. Very very quickly though, you will have everything back up to temperature and will be producing distillate which is basically identical to what you would have been producing at that point had you not stopped.

Done it many times. Just collect 1 oz for safety and continue on as normal.

If you have solids in the boiler you can get burn on. If not, turn it on and let it rip. No foreshots need to be taken, especially if it is a pot still stripping run.

Have restarted runs many times. On a reflux run, very little heads to restart. On a pot still a few more heads and then back into hearts. Do it....you'll see.
