Considering the SG hasn't changed in 4 days, I'd recommend running it without delay.

Absolute fail. Came off at 45 proof. I dumped it and started stripping my 4th gen UJ.

Out of several attempts at fermenting bananas, I’ve gotten two good runs. Neither had a lot of banana flavor even after a single pot still run or a single flute run.

I would recommend making a sugar wash, then tossing several bunches of bananas into the boiler with it.
