I'm happy to be a part of this community...I enjoy the process even more than consuming the product I think. Thanks to all for advice over the years and knowledge I've gained here. Cheers to the end of my season...ran about 7.5 gallons and finished up with right around 1.5 gallons of high quality, high proof product that will yield more than enough to drink, share and experiment with (aging, infusions, etc) during the winter. Just wanted share my success thanks to reading, learning, and following the rules:)

Congratulations on your yield.
I'm with you, making it is as fun as drinking it.

I enjoy making it more than the drinking. On average I may drink a bottle a month, at the most.

Well I enjoy drinking it as much as I make it!! So either way congrats on you're Run l!!
