So I have done a lot of ujssm and panela rum I think I make good cuts on that by taste what should I look for taste wise on a birdwatchers sugar wash for cuts I’m using a pot still and plan to save up enough stripping for 8 gallons of spirit run is it the same on neutral as a uj or rum
