forgot to bookmark a post....proofing
In the past month or so there was a post, probably about cloudiness after proofing.
As a response someone suggested that the OP might not want to proof so low all at once.......something like that.
I was wanting to reread the post and......I cant find it.
If you remember this thread could you please post a link to it for me.
Thanks
From time to time when proofing white to 40-45% that it will turn cloudy. Not all the time but once in a while.

Click on HD Google Search....after the word forum type cloudiness after proofing then return key. It will list many of the topics on this subject.

Re: forgot to bookmark a post....proofing
I was looking for a specific reply. It was kind of a "stepped" proofing process that someone was suggesting.Bushman wrote:Click on HD Google Search....after the word forum type cloudiness after proofing then return key. It will list many of the topics on this subject.
I started to read it, got part way through the post and had to leave the site. Didn't think about it for a week or so then have not been able to find it again.
thanks

Basics of it is 10 percent abv drop at a time with a rest period IIRC.
