Idea for a Pot still head

Re: Idea for a Pot still head
I have read different things on the site about how long i need to acid steam clean the still.
Some post say 20min, some say an hour. I am trying to narrow it down so I know how much vinegar to buy.
have a 15.5g boiler, 3 gallons to keep the element covered, was thinking that either way 4g vinegar and 4g water would be enough to run for the full hour.
Does that sound about right?

If your pumping out 5 gallons an hour of anything, I'm just bringing my strips to you.
You're fine.

True
I boil off about 1 1/4 gallons per hour when I brew beer, so to be safe I guess 6 gallon charge will be ok

They look cool. Never bothered myself. Some say they cause smearing but others like them. I got a copper tube with endcap soldered on that I use to test.
Let me know how it works.

Haven't seen txb around lately. Which parts in specific do you mean though? Almost everything can be found online these days. I'll try to help.
