Heating with steam.
Hi I'm building a new still and my plan is to heat with steam through internal steam coil like a worm. The steam will pass from the steam boiler through the coil inside the pot and out the still and the water will be collected for the next run. My question is how big of steam boiler should I have to heat 49 gallon of mash. And what would heat up times look like. This is the still I'm planning on using in my micro distillery I'm gonna open

not sure, have a look in the steam section here http://homedistiller.org/forum/viewforum.php?f=92
I like this continuous steamer here, heatup time is next to nothing and you'll never boil all of the water off http://homedistiller.org/forum/viewtopi ... 92&t=64760
