My pot Still, thumper, and worm condenser
So I built a pot still that is stainless, 10 gallon with a 2 gallon thumper and run it into a coil condenser that is a retrofitted fermentation vessel that I keep stocked with Ice and a steady stream of hose water that runs into my worm box. I use 1 inch copper pipe stuffed with copper mesh that runs into 1/2 inch condenser through a few couplers. I do plan on switching my boiler to a tri-ply bottom stainless boiler and starting over using 2 inch copper pipe, but this is what I've got so far. I do have thermometers on both boiler and thumper lids. I use them to gauge time and cuts. while heating at various temperatures. this was my first build and first attempt at a still, Im happy that I built something that made a proof of concept and I now know the workings of a pot still.

Reduce the size to 800 x 800 pixels, or smaller. Then try again.DevilDoc wrote:Not sure how to upload my picture, it says attachment is to large

Yeah not sure how to reduce pic size lol. I’ll do some research once I get back to the laptop

If you're using a phone just email it too yourself and it will give you the option to reduce the size of the photo. Once it's in your email save the emige to your phone. Then you can upload the photo from your photo library. That's how I do it anyway.

To reduce the size: read the size in the small pop-up window and open with Paint. Than do Ctrl-W and reduce to a percentage of the original size. Store as .jpg and upload.
