You may need a bleed off of some sort, as when you are taking product the flow is cut down to a trickle.

pretty much all i need to do is get the "rack" that the plates are gonna hang on mounted, and a parrot. im supose to pick up my music cork tomarrow, and my teflon sheet is supose to come in next week sometime.
my sweetfeed is about finished, and im assuming my peaches wont be far behind, so im gonna take the leftovers from the two and use for a cleaaning run,,, after the vinager and water.

i dont know,,, from my experience with that kinda stuff,,, if you dont get it right the first time, you dont get no second chances. it seemed like it set good,,, but well see.
the place that i feel like i messed up on was not leaving a lottle more pipe on each side of the compression fittings. i dident leave myself any second chances. if it dont work,,,, my grahm will need to be taken apart and the coil will need to be replaced. (worst case cenerio)

Indeed looks a little fragil Spooky.

What about getting a 1" version of this fitting in copper or brass and soldering direct to the condenser and the 2" cap?

Also a soldered to the column and bolted to the condenser support would help.

The attachment union 2.jpg is no longer available

im not really worried about the weight being on it because i will have an adjustable table that will support any weight. this is just a rough mock up as how it will be,,,,, but my concern is the auctual connection at the compression fitting.
do you think that the table will support any aditional weight?
thanks

I used a 1/2" union and 1/2" pipe for mine and It worked just fine. I dont really think you will have to have your table to support your column, but I may be wrong.
I dont need any extra support for mine anyway and it does not look like OD needs any with his.

I think as along as you do not take the graham on and off a bunch of times, you will be fine. Compression fittings are not really made for this. You could put a compression to NPT thread on both the output side and the graham side, then if you wanted to disconnect it, you could just unscrew the threaded part and leave the compression fittings attached.

+1 on a bleed for you pumped cooling water. How about a 3-way valve so that the more you restrict flow to your dephlag the more water is returned in an alternate loop.

Looking good though, I have been eagerly watching this thread. Nice to see it near completion.
