Sun panel upgrade, wiring for controller, and agitator will be here and installed next Friday.
I'm interested in finding the balance but unsure because of the massive diameter of this rig

Quite a zombie thread. A few names I have not seen in a while. Fwiw I ran 2 for anything barrel aged, 3 for whites. Tried 4, but it seemed too clean. Packed over a plate for neutral.

Ahh, yes. Zombie thread. I recognized that I resurrected this one but I'm very interested in learning how to run this bubble plated flute.
My 2 elements are too long and I'm waiting on short ones to fit the boiler.
My plan is to run 2-5 depending on the spirit. 5 for vodka
2-3 for rum and whiskey
