Imagine the show "chopped" but with copper

I was hoping you'd all enjoy giving me a hand deciding what type of column to build. I'll give you a list of what I have and you tell me what you'd do with it all.

1. 51" of 2-1/2" type-L copper tube
2. (2) 2.5x1.5 mueller copper reducers
3. (1) 2" wrot copper union
4. (1) 1.5" wrot copper union
5. (2) 1/4" ss 316 needle valves
6. (1) 15.5 gallon ss sankey keg
7. (1) 15.5 gallon ss golden gate keg (horizontal)
8. (1) 4000w SCR temp/voltage controller. (Water cooled)
9. (1) 5500w camco heating element (not 100% on this)

Im also open to purchasing a gate valve but would it have to also be 2.5" for a 1:1 reflux ratio? Could I reduce the take off to 2" or 1.5" and still get the same production speed as long as the reflux condenser is reduced the same?
This is a forum for grown men to jerk off one another. Specifically for the many to jerk off the few.
