this is how I ground the saddles. Plug in the diameters and print. Wrap around the pipe and grind to lines.

Barrelnos a new stainless 30 gallon.
Added a 1" drain in the bottom
fittimgs for 2 elements ome at 4 gallons to cover and the other at close 7
used the 2" bung as a fill port and plan on using the 3/4 as a manometer hookup
column mount os a 8" ferule welded to the top.

will try to get pictures of the barrel boiler tomorrow

Sure is purdy, I'll be looking forward to your taste testing once you get a couple whiskeys run through it.
I know you tend to the more flavorful spirits so it will interesting to see where you end up with number of plates and such.

Looks great! You may have already figured it out but, ya may want to put a short piece of 2" after your deflag just before your 2" elbow so it brings your condenser further away
from the boiler so the parrot doesn't hit the boiler.

Jed's not exactly the parrot type of guy. Unless it doubles as a steak knife, an inline thumper, and he was trying to disguise empty shot gun shells from the man
