tri clamp gaskets
I am looking for a triclamp gasket for a seal between a 15 gallon keg and a 1.5 dia stainless ferrule. All I can find on the net is silicone seals from milehigh ,clawhammer, brewhaus. What is another option other than ptfe tape as that don't work for me. I am looking for a Teflon, but the last Teflon I used even by sanding down flat would not work either. Running out of ideas. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: tri clamp gaskets
What specifically for? The ferrule can only be physically soldered or welded to the keg?
If you're talking about the sanke on top of the keg, that's a 2" tri-clamp.
Need a little more info on what exactly you're looking for..

McMaster-Carr
Get the 2" ptfe, you will need to sand off the raised part that goes against the keg.

Re: tri clamp gaskets
there are adapters to convert from 2" sanke to 1.5" sanitary. 2 clamps and 2 gaskets.diesel1975 wrote:I am looking for a triclamp gasket for a seal between a 15 gallon keg and a 1.5 dia stainless ferrule.
the proper name of the clamps and fitting we call tri-clover or tri-clamp is
sanitary clamp or sanitary fitting also dairy clamp or dairy fitting.
if you use those search terms on the net you will find the original sources for the stuff the brew stores resell.
the selection is vastly superior and could be less expensive.
you will likely not find a gasket that adapts 2" to 1.5".
2" sanke will adapt directly to 2" sanitary with a gasket and clamp
