Hi from Tassie

Post by robdouglas »

Live in Tasmania which is an island state south of the Australian mainland.

Started 20 years ago. Built every conceivable config you can think of. Moved from neutral to ag. I have 3 barrels in rotation. Ex burboun. Port and sherry single malts in each. Also i fo alot of small run specialtity grains and age on oak . I also smoke my own malted barley and wheat using different woods.

My goto is my 4 plate flute for ag and then a meter stack on top for neautral.

I have built my own mash tun with RIMS.

I have been lurking for years and fot my start from the parent site.

Cheers
