Just wanted to stop by and say hello. I am one of those guys who most look down on. I watched that show on discovery and thought it would be fun to make shine. I have been a lurker for a while and have built a still from a keg based on a mix of plans here on the site. I have done my cleaning run and that is all. I have read lots and still have lots to learn. thanks to those who have published on here to make it easier for people like me to learn.
