I'm a Noobe just getting into the hobby. This weekend I distilled my very first bucket of mash in my tabletop water distiller. I learned a lot from this first attempt, including that this distiller isn't really suitable for spirits. I've ordered the correct equipment from Brewhasus and hopefully my next batch will be a considerable improvement. I'm still struggling with the lingo (is there a glossary somewhere here?) and understanding the basics. But I catch on fast. My second batch, a sweefeed batch, is already bubbling. I've spent hours here and other sites picking up tips and hopefully I'll be able to incorporate them in my future endeavors.
