New distiller

Hi all.
My name is David and I'm from the UK. Have just got a small pot still and have a birdwatchers fermenting away at the moment. Looking to get into rum and gin making and neutrals to be flavoured with fruits in season. Having a great time reading everything I can before I start things running.
