I am 28 yo, studing chemical engineering and interested in smoking cigas/pipes, brewing beer and now making spirit.
As boy i often helped my grandpa distilling and i am interested since then. Now i got a destill for christmas.
My first mash is in the fermenter, its a wildberry from frozen berries and i added sugar to get up to app. 15% alc. The 2nd will be some odins ez gin and 3rd will be a whisky mash. Thats the plan...
