New to the forum, from the PNW !
Hello all.been distilling for a while but I am looking for the comraderie & always after wisdom of others. I am in the PNW...and have celiac disease so I cannot do any beers, sadly I must partake of distilled spirits only !
I look forward to learning, and talking to those experienced in what I am doing..thanks !

I'm using dady. Insulating my fermenters with an aquarium heater inside set at 90. Keeps things moving.Mudflats wrote:I still cannot get any photos to adjust to fit this forum...erghhhh!!!
