Old beer brewer, new distiller

Post by Zephyrdog »

Many, many local award winning beer batches brewed. Now it's time to learn the "hard" stuff. Home state made famous by cows and beer. Looking forward to picking some pickled brains here!

Welcome! You'll find this happy very different then making beer (I'm was a beer brewer first back in the day). Some things that are a challenge in brewing aren't a concern due to distilling and no concern for color/cloudiness. It's a fun hobby indeed.

If you end up pickled you should sanitize and sterilize your fermenter and try again...

I here by offer one spoon fed answer for every beer recipe you share in our beer section. Or in a pm to me. Either work fine. Just submit a grain bill followed by your question, and I will answer it for you, no begging needed.

Now, your award winning list...does that come in a PDF menu form?

"Award winning" might not mean a lot... How do we know he wasn't the only entrant in the competition? ;-)
