Hello. I'm here to learn more, from people who know more about distillation processes.
My plans are to always use fruit as my taste run toward the "fruity".
I have my first mash going and have several questions that I don't seem to find covered in my readings.
Thanks
Thomas

Hello back at you.
The HD Google Search on the top banner is a great search tool for things such as fruit.
(Open it, leave a space after the URL, and type in your search word or phrase)

Welcome!
