New copper pot - help!

Post by Chefneil »

Hello-
I am not new to distilling.
I have a DIY pot still made of S/S with a 12 inch high copper tower and a worm that is in a 5 gallon bucket.
It produces some nice booze! Turns 5 bottles of wine into a Fith of 100 proof!
In an hour!

And So I bought, online a copper Alembic still, comes complete with copper worm.
( 3L-Alembic )

Welcome to HD, trying to keep the welcome center to introductions and welcomes so we can get to know new members better. It would be better ask your questions in the appropriate thread.
Thanks

Hello, Chefneil.
You're sure to get an answer posting in a proper thread as Bushman said.
Love the look of alembics. Maybe attach a picture of it in your next post as well.

Welcome!

So the still you bought is 3L... how big is the one you made?

Either way, welcome aboard :-)
