Been distilling for about 5 years. Reading here longer.
Run a 4 plate HBS. Bourbon is what I prefer.

Thanks for having me and all the great info.

Got some Booner's bottled up and barrels ranging from just filled to almost 5 years old.

Welcome.. Sounds like you got it in hand we could sure help you out on that 5 year old booners if it is takin up too much space.. LOL

Thanks hamshine. Booner's is only a few weeks old and kept as a white dawg.
Bourbon in the barrels is a simple AG with 60% corn, some two row, rye and oats.
