Hi,

I've been making wine for a few years now and I've decided to have abit of a change.

I'm looking to mainly make neutrals and flavour them after. I'v been reading through the masses of information and I have decided to make a VM/LM combo reflux column with a 35l key boiler.

Great that you're doing research, as only you can assure your success in this endeavor.
All the info you'd need is contained within HD.
