Welcome to the forums. Looks like you've done some homework, nice looking rig.

Welcome, interesting support setup for your Liebig. How are you using the portals in both the boiler and the thumper?

lol, yes my pump is pretty big. i have 1" lines. i used what i had left over in the shop. works great though. cools supper quick. the ports on the boiler and thumper i use for clean outs . or i put in the glass and watch it boil. haven't done that in a while though. but, primarily now they're clean outs. supper handy. especially if i get anything stuck to the top side of the keg. on the thumper i put in the 2" on the bottom in case i wanted to use it as a smaller boiler. my heating element will fit on it. top of the keg has a 6" ferrel then reduces to 4". top of the thumper is 4" ferrel. easy to clean or interchange. oh, and the funnel is supper easy to make. get a sheet of copper. costs about 12$. 12"x12". scribe a circle . then cut it out. cut out a section of your circle. approx. 100degrees. ruff cut out half inc inner circle. form cone and braze the laps. ream out the center hole to half inch. then braze in 4" section of ha'f inch pipe
