Whisky distiller from EU

Hello,
I reside in Europe and after years of experience with wine and beer have in last 5 years been doing a lot of work in distillation of whisky.
Made my own 250 L copper pot still.

Hi be simple and welcome here, just one thing can you familiarize yourself with the forum rules Here as you will notice in rule 10 there is a maximum still capacity allowed to be discussed as a hobby still that is 30 US gallons so around 114 litres. Plenty here may or may not have bigger but this is rules here for discussing capacity. :thumbup:

Exactly.
Stay off the liter/gallon size discussion and you'll be fine.
