HI guys, another newbie here!

I'm interested in scaling up production of fruit liqueurs. Larger production has me running into pitfalls I didn't come across when doing a bottle or 2!
Looking forward to getting to know fellow syrupy fruity drinky appreciators :D We're a smaller crew than the beer and wine experts!

Welcome Hannah. How big is scaled up and what is your small batch size? Just curious.
