Hi I'm new and have almost no experience producing alcohol...made wine from a wine kit 30+ years ago and had a friend that made home brew for me. Total noob!
I have a Still Spirits Turbo Air Still which is why I'm here looking for guidance. Currently in a remote location for the next 6 months so the Air Still is what I've got till then.
I should also mention that I'm disabled or whatever PC term they are calling it now and have difficulty with reading and writing so please bare with me. Thanks!
