Hello from the SouthEast US

Post by MadDigitalScience »

Hi, I'm a homebrewer of wine and beer and just started distilling in an attempt to turn my not-so-great batches of wine into decent brandy.

South enough that July and August are sweltering!
But I love Autumn!
I hunt. Got a really nice 8pt buck last year with muzzleloader.
Looking forward to 2017 season.

Got into winemaking to avoid additives in commercial wine (and wine goes so well with Venison:)).
So distilling seemed like a natural next step.
