So glad this forum exists!
I consider myself a novice distiller as I have only been in the hobby @ a year and a half. When I began, I did many Google searches and was ALWAYS sent to threads here.
So much amazing info and presented in a respectful and kind manner. I am a whiskey enthusiast, using an 8 gallon potstill. Always searching for ways to improve my knowledge and technique. Thanks for all of you being here!

About a year and a half for me as well,
