Been brewing beer for 30-odd years and cider for about 8 years and having a Smallholding which we moved into about 8 years ago have planted up about 45 heritage and cider trees.

Then

Our son moved to Newzealand. We visited him and that's where I discovered distilling. Great attitude over there what with it being legal. Needed to know more. Started with a Still Spirits air still and soon moved on to the T500. Still (forgive the pun) need to know and learn more. Joined this forum after having read some of the posts as a guest.

I'm a novice, but quick learner, well into blending for gins and whiskeys (yes I do use a profile kit to good effect) so please put up with some novice type questions until I get used to navigating the forum.
Distilling the essence of life begins with a good brew.

I read it as "Sunny Devon" but then I just want all the newbies to be Brits :-)
