Welcome to HD. There is a lot to learn before you distill but at least you should have the fermenting part figured out :D

Going for the trifecta, ey?
There's some similarities but mostly vast differences between brewing and distilling.
For one, the sanitizing is a lot looser which surprises some brewers.
Here's some Spoon Feeding --a lot to digest, but a great start.
